Susan Roman, CFP®
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Practitioner and Investment Adviser
Susan grew up in Falmouth. She graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1993 and earned her law degree from Boston College Law School in 1997.
After graduating from law school, Susan worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Boston and Philadelphia in their multi-state corporate tax consulting groups. After leaving PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Susan moved back to Falmouth with her husband, Seth, who is also an attorney on Cape Cod.
Susan practiced law for twelve years before deciding to return to the financial industry. In 2018 she founded Roman Retirement Planning, LLC in order to serve her clients in the way she felt was best for each individual. Susan values the Fiduciary standard and always works in the best interests of her clients. She is proud to have earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® marks and is also a licensed Investment Adviser Representative.
Susan serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Falmouth Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS) and she sits on the Board of Directors for the Falmouth Housing Trust. She is also a member of the Mashpee Chamber of Commerce. Susan resides in Falmouth with her husband and four children.
Maureen Brosnan, CFP®
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Practitioner and Investment Adviser
Maureen grew up in the Philadelphia area and spent many summers on Cape Cod. She graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1982.
Maureen has thirty plus years of experience working at a global consulting firm, Accenture, where she was Managing Director and ran a leading practice focused on Human Resource and Finance technology solutions. Working out of the Boston office, she specialized in the Financial Services industry, particularly Insurance and Retail Banking. After retiring from Accenture, Maureen pursued a second career in helping others to create a successful financial future. She earned her Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University and has earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® marks. Maureen is a licensed Investment Adviser Representative. She helps her clients plan career transitions and a financially secure retirement.
Maureen volunteers as a Financial Adviser for Dana Farber patients and the Savvy Ladies organization. She also serves as a mentor for female executives (Wings for Growth). Maureen and her husband Kevin, who is a science teacher at the Newton North High School, split their time between Belmont, MA and in Eastham, MA. Their two sons live in Eastham, MA and in Los Angeles, CA.
Pam Tallino
Pam grew up in a small town in North Dakota with nine siblings. She attended North Dakota State School of Science where she studied Business.
After working in the ski industry for eight years in Colorado, Pam moved to Falmouth with her husband, Frank. Since moving to Cape Cod, Pam has worked in the school system and in Customer Relations, with a focus in the financial industry for the last five years.
Pam resides in Falmouth with her husband and two children.
Kate Butler Forde
Kate graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1999 and earned her law degree from Suffolk University in 2008.
Most recently, Kate served as in-house counsel at a publicly traded company. Prior to that, she worked at Clark, Balboni and Gildea, LLP focusing on estate planning, real estate transactions and insurance subrogation and defense.
Kate grew up summering in Popponesset. She currently lives in Dedham with her husband, Mike Forde, two sons, Michael and Connor and daughter, Maggie.
